Disintegration by Monarchy ft. Dita Von Teese Musical duo Monarchy is back with the single “Disintegration”, performed with the magnificent American burlesque stripper Dita Von Teese. The Britain eletro-pop group Monarchy is back two years after publishing their first album “Around the sun”. The video clip, signed Roy Raz, is extremly esthetic and it was shot in Tel Aviv. Roy Raz had worked before in their previous videos, such as the one from the song “I Won’t Let Go”. For the pleasure of not only our eyes, but also our ears, the song was recorded with the talented voice of Dita Von Teese. The Queen of tease, also a 40 years old burlesque dancer and the ex-wife of Marilyn Manson, has seen her career pushed also because of her great magazine covers. In the video, Dita enchants us with a wonderful strip-tease, sometimes alone, or with an army of naked man floating around, or sometimes around Edward and Peter in masks, the duo who created Monarchy. It will definitely inflate their notoriety. Dita also tells us in an interview with Nowness that she had done a couple of recordings of her talk-signing Marilyn Monroe style for her burlesque shows. Mornachy beleived in her, so she did it and asked them to make her sound good. They played the song for Manson ( ex-husband and musician ) and the first thing he said was, “Why didn’t you tell me you could sing ?”.
