About Flattered
Flattered was founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in the spring of 2013. The idea behind the company grew out of the combined vision of its co-founders, who’d noticed something missing from the market – a feminine, stylish, yet comfortable indoor slipper.
By the autumn of 2013, Flattered had launched its first product, a ballet flat meant for indoor use. Following its success, Flattered launched an outdoor ballet flat, in the spring of 2015. The company’s vision is to put a lot of thought into how we want to combine sophistication with comfort. The original Flattered design pairs the simple perfection of a ballet flat with exquisite, soothing materials such as the finest suede and leather. A signature almond-shaped toe completes this clean and classic look that has come to be known as Flattered’s trade mark.
Flattered launches new colors every season, still staying true to our timeless design. A Flattered shoe is meant to be worn over subsequent seasons and will never go out of style.
