Valaire unveils its new clothing line with a photo series worthy of the big leagues. The creative and skillful team transformed what could have been a simple merchandising lookbook into a complete fashion experience.
Lead by producer Shaida Missaghi, the project enlisted artistic director Lian Benoit and photographer LM Chabot (represented by l’Eloi) to create a unique product combining their respective styles while embracing Valaire’s universe.
The products are showcased in a warm setting inspired by the band’s identity and aesthetics. The themes of richness and luxuriousness echo both Valaire’s music, as well as the Oobopopop album cover designed by Karim Zariffa. The duality between the streetstyle look of Valaire’s clothing designs and the elegant atmosphere created by the styling and decor, offer an unexpected but harmonious contrast.
The team (Valaire) would like to thank l’ÉLOI for their generous contribution and production support, stylist Frédérique Gauthier and make-up artist Celica Sea without whom this project could not have been realized.
Oobopopop’s clothing line was designed by Olivier Charland and is available on the band’s website: valaire.mu/merch and at their shows.
