Building up your self-confidence doesn’t happen overnight – it takes time and effort.

Start by making an effort to like and appreciate yourself for who you are; this means that you should be treating yourself with respect and kindness.

It’s important to be kind and patient with yourself since this will be an ongoing process that can take years to complete.

If being kind to yourself is too hard to begin with, start by being kind and respectful to the people you care about most. Ask for their opinions, respect their thoughts, and find out what makes them feel good.

Being body confident is something that many women struggle with, but there is no reason for that. There are some key things you can do to help you feel confident about your body.

One of the biggest things you can do is just talk to people about the good and bad things about yourself, and this will help boost your self-esteem and make life a lot easier for you.
