Beautiful, healthy, thick and shiny hair is a dream of each of us. However, reality can be less optimistic – greasy roots, dry ends, fluffy or shiny strands – we all know it. How to take care of your hair to bring out the hidden beauty? Let’s check it out!

The most common hair problems – how to deal with them?

Hair problems can effectively spoil our mood. To enjoy a beautiful hairstyle, hair must be in good shape – while hair loss, hair breakage or dandruff are problems that can’t be handled so easily. But there is also a way to deal with these problems! Home-made ways to deal with damaged hair can be effective:

Dry and split ends

The linseed mask will do well with this problem. The hay should be covered with boiling water and cooled down. The resulting slurry (including seeds) should be applied to the hair and left for about 15 minutes, then rinsed. The hair will be perfectly moisturized and beautifully nourished.

Dandruff

This is a health problem and before we reach for home methods, it will be good to go to a dermatologist who will help us choose the right treatment.

Oily skin

The reason for this may be the heavy-duty cosmetics formula. If your hair is greasy at the roots, you should limit the use of conditioners and masks – and if you reach for them, try applying them from half length to the ends.

Falling out

A great way to make your hair fall out is by rubbing it with fenugreek. The seeds should be brewed in boiling water and the cooled liquid rubbed into the root of the hair. The effects are noticeable already after the first treatment. It is also worth to opt for cosmetics, which include field horsetail, it prevents hair loss and also takes care of the proper condition of the scalp. If your problem with hair loss is more serious, you should ask for medical help and maybe consider professional hair loss treatment in Sydney.

Frizz and electrification

Castor oil will be a remedy for this problem. It is worth rubbing it into your hair at least twice a week. The oil will not only shine the strands, but will also weigh them down and prevent electrification.

Matt strands

Apart from castor oil, we can prepare a homemade mask made of egg yolk, honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice – this natural formula will give your hair a shine.

No volume

Flapsed hair does not look very impressive. The reason for this may be, for example, heavy cosmetics, poor cut, but also excessive sebum production. In order to add volume, we can e.g. make a homemade beer rinse. This hops-rich beverage will not only lift the hair at the root, give it energy, but also cleanse it perfectly!

How to prepare such a rinse? We need ½ glass of beer, ½ glass of water, 2 tablespoons of apple vinegar. The rinse should be applied to hair just after washing. Hair is no longer rinsed with water and the smell of beer is completely airy during drying.

How to take care of my hair properly?

Proper care is the key to success, in all seasons ( especially in the dry winter season times ) Everyone can have healthy and beautiful hair – provided that we take care of it properly. What should I do to keep my hair in good condition? We give you 3 care tips to help you take care of your hair:

Washing: we start with a properly selected shampoo. For washing, use a small amount of the product and apply it to your hand and then directly to your scalp. Do not wash the roots too intensively, because stimulation of this batch can stimulate the production of dandruff. Rinse the shampoo thoroughly and gently press the hair and wrap it in a towel. Wait for the hair to dry and only then proceed to combing;

Nutrition: not every hair type will need a conditioner after every wash – contrary to appearances, this product can also weigh down strands. Apply a conditioner (it is good for it to contain a moisturizing or smoothing ingredient such as cosmetic glycerine) or a mask from mid-lengths to ends. We can also use homemade, natural rubbing on the scalp to nourish the bulbs;

Styling: don’t brush your hair too often – in many cases, a finger comb is enough. Use natural brushes or brushes with synthetic needles for combing – they will separate the strands perfectly without causing any damage. Also try to avoid styling with heat, leaving a straightener or curling iron for special occasions. The styling can be topped off with oil, e.g. argan oil, which applied to the ends will perfectly moisten and nourish them. A way to have long and thick hair is also professional hair extensions, human hair extensions and human hair wigs.
