Songmont was established in 2013. Song, the founder, has over 15 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, specialising in User Experience Design. Her best work companion is a 15-inch laptop, but she can’t find a bag that is both stylish and functional. Song’s mother was an excellent seamstress, and Song enjoyed designing. They clicked right away and within a week had created a beautiful, lightweight, and functional computer bag.
Songmont has been building a team of creative young designers for the past 9 years. Songmont’s premium leather goods convey a unique eastern culture, aesthetics, and femininity to its audience by combining both the old and young generations, traditional Chinese handicrafts, and modern fashion trends.
Songmont moved four times in these years, in the belief that good experience can lead to good design, until heyt moved into their current studio, a spacious industrial style studio with a small yard with flowers and grass.
