Trend to Be Natural: How We Are Taught to Embrace Who We Are

Every person is different. Although we have a tendency to put on a lot of make-up, to paint our hair, to wear certain clothing and shoes, we still want to be authentic. And being authentic is also a trend now; therefore, following it you become natural and follow the fashion concurrently. We’ll tell you about three ways how this trend reflects on our lives.

Inclusive Education

Inclusive education means that all students regardless if they are with special needs or have a different appearance from others study together. They go to one school and one class. Teachers operate on the premise that people with abilities and without them can achieve the same academic success and talk to other students with the same success regardless of who they are.

Also, at all times teachers tell students that they’re equal. There is a lot of educational work. In particular, people are taught to work in teams to help their classmates and don’t pay attention to their appearance and abilities. For example, students can read HomeworkMarket and PaperHelp reviews, then gather together and talk about whether they should ask these services for assistance or not.

Body Positivity

Some people think that if they don’t have a model appearance, they shouldn’t show their bodies. In the 21st century, many people don’t worry about whether they have a model appearance or not and just wear clothes they like. If they like skinny jeans, they wear them. If they like open clothing, they wear it.

This movement that advocates for embracing your body is called body positivity. People from all over the world help each other love their bodies in any case. For example, some people from terrible accidents can’t get used to their prosthetic leg or arm. Or some people are afraid to dye their hair because they are afraid of what people will think about them.

The main influencers of body positivity have accounts on Instagram. They publish their photos there and write motivational posts. Such people inspire their followers to love themselves and don’t have complexes.

Using Social Media…the right way

Social media creates its own trends and dictates them to people all over the world. In 2021, all these trends are aimed at showing yourself naturally and loving yourself. TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest — these social media help people to embrace themselves. It can also be used to compare yourself, so make sure you are using them the right way.

The main advantage of such platforms is that the more you search, the more you find. For instance, if you want to find people with different colors of eyes, the above social media will recommend more and more photos and videos with users with different eyes. As a result, you ensure that people don’t hide from the world. Vice versa — they show their appearance and even add hashtags to help other users find more posts on a certain theme.

Pursue your passions

The way to be authentic and happy is oftentimes to follow your passions. Here, actions speak louder than words. Humans tend to find comfort in routine and with what is familiar. But the different challenges you give yourself and have the courage to face your fears to follow your dreams, will inevitably make you come out of your shell as a person. Remind yourself that you only have one life to live, and living it without passion or ambition. You have to live in the present to observe yourself objectively and develop your authenticity.

Love yourself

Being your true self takes time, courage, patience, and following your intuition. You are the only person who can make your true self possible. You have to open up yourself to live authentically, but when that is done, you will be living with a clear purpose, a clear vision, and feel happy and whole as a human. Isn’t it what everyone wants in the end?
